We have an immediate need to fill an Account Director/Design Manager role within a busy, fast-paced multidisciplinary Design Studio in Melbourne.

We are specifically looking for Account Directors with a minimum of 6 years experience to lead national Retail Branding and Wayfinding design projects.

In this role you will be leading a team of graphic, industrial and interior designers from brief through to implementation- making sure projects are running on time, to budget and meeting quality and performance targets.

Day to day you will be liaising with clients and suppliers - running jobs from start to finish in a well organised and logical manner. You will need to have a self-motivated and proactive approach and a thorough commercial awareness of the design industry.
